In 2014, she founded The ADVNT Society—a digital magazine, editorial studio and creative agency specializing in fashion content, events, and production.

She is a Partner and Head of Branding at RARE Global (Total Client Reach 56MM+), a boutique talent management company to top-tier digital media stars; she leads the RARE Creatives division, managing creative talent.

She is the Creative Director for Eggie clothing by Jenn Im. She has also executed lucrative campaigns and projects for YouTube Superstars (Jenn Im, Jackie Aina, Wengie) and high-profile creatives (celebrity hair stylist Chris Appleton). Additionally, she consults on West Coast Marketing & Events for Sugarbearhair.

Her previous work includes digital campaigns for Pepsi, Rihanna, Refinery29, InStyle, Teen Vogue, Glamour, and People Magazine; as well as published editorials in Marie Claire Indonesia, Vogue Ukraine, and Astonish Magazine.

Vannga also specializes in producing women’s projects and events. She is Co-Founder of The Be Rare Foundation for female entrepreneurs, which hosts a sold-out summit every year on International Women’s Day Weekend. She has launched several successful ongoing event series in LA.
